A newly resubmitted application to the City of Toronto spells out changes to a proposed condominium development at 135 Portland Street in the Fashion District. The plan from Adi Development Group has evolved from a 2017 proposal with a design by Quadrangle following a 2019 OMB settlement over the zoning.

Still planned at 16 storeys, the building is now proposed to reach a height of 49.9 metres, falling slightly from the previous height of 52.7 metres. A total gross floor area of 8,224 m©÷ is proposed entirely as residential space, containing 129 condominium units (increased from 117) proposed in a mix of 13 studios, 52 one-bedrooms, 51 two-bedrooms, and 13 three-bedrooms. No retail or office space is included in the proposal.
